My order actually showed up packed really nicely, which was a pleasant surprise because that’s apparently not always a given these days. It felt like opening a little gift, and everything was neat, protected, and somehow not damaged at all. The presentation was really cute, and my daughter loved it too, so credit where it’s due

I ordered some hair clips and a bag for my daughter’s birthday outfit, and they were really sweet. She couldn’t not wear them all day, which says a lot because she usually takes things off after a bit. They looked cute for the party, but they’re not too dressy for normal days either.

i ordered a few hair clips for my daughter and they were definitely cute in person. one of them broke fast though, and the shipping felt a little slower than i expected. not a terrible experience or anything, but for the price, i probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good sale.

Overall, they’re okay, but if you need an exact colour match, I’d probably be a little careful and not rely completely on the website photos.

If they get a bit grubby, I just give them a quick wipe and pop them back in a little box so they don’t get lost or bent, which is just common sense really. They’re cute, low-maintenance, and we’re very happy with them.
